Volunteer Board Positions Available:
 

Vice President Communications

  • Receive program information & images from chairs  

  • Write information in legible, logical order & coordinate images for same   

  • Distribute info/images to: poster/flyer designer, web manager, membership coordinator, newsletter editor, media relations coordinator   

  • Plans, proposes and oversees the Communication categories of the budget

  • Assist event chairs with appropriate Z-Arts! image   

  • Work with towns of Springdale, Rockville & Virgin, ZCVB, ZCFI and Zion National Park on appropriate Z-Arts! image, advertising and signage   

  • Oversee distribution of posters / flyers / newsletters


Visual Arts Chair

  • To bring a higher awareness and enlightenment to all visual arts, including 2D and 3D work

  • Plans activities such as workshops, outreach and exhibitions within the Canyon

  • Coordinates with Town to facilitate the Exhibitions Gallery at the CCC

  • Facilitates all logistics and public relations in a timely fashion, in concert with the Hospitality and Public Relations Coordinators, for these events

  • Plans, proposes and dispenses the Visual Arts budget


Volunteer Coordinator

  • Work with Chairs and Coordinators to ensure adequate assistance with events for setup, food serving and cleanup.
