About the event
This is a FREE event, and all are welcome to attend!

During her residency at Zion National Park, she will be spending her time creating animations outdoors with a series of stop motion puppets modeled after wildlife native to the park. In the time it takes to photograph the hundreds of images that bring a character into motion, the camera will also capture the motions of light and shadows, shifts in landscape over time, movement of clouds, winds, and in slow cases even the growth of plants, pulling in the living, breathing, and constantly moving world around the characters. To have the chance to be immersed in, inspired by, and weave the landscapes of Zion National Park into her animations is a dream come true.
